Riverside West To R-1U <br /> Urban Residential: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that the proposed ordinance was introduced at the last <br />regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />adopt Ordinance #88-20 to rezone Lots 2 and 3, Block 5, Riverside West from <br />B-1 Business to R-1U Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember DeLuca. <br /> <br />Request For Oq-Sale Liquor License; Case Of On The Green <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Chief Auspos has completed the required <br />investigation related to Mr. Dorn and Mr. Anderson's (RRM Enterprises, <br />Inc.) request for an on-sale liquor license. In that evaluation, the <br />related City ordinance was also reviewed and it was observed that this <br />application and existing liquor licenses cannot and do not meet the minimum <br />square footage requirements. Mr. Hartley recommended that City Council <br />consider amending the ordinance to more accurately reflect what is being <br />practiced in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />schedule a public hearing for January i0, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. to consider RRM <br />Enterprises, Inc.'s request for an on-sale liquor license for On The Green <br />Restaurant. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember DeLuca. <br /> <br />City Council directed City Staff to prepare an ordinance amendment to <br />decrease minimum square footage requirements for establishments requesting <br />an on-sale liquor license. <br /> <br />Confirmatio~ Of Independent Auditor Fr The City Of Ramsey <br /> Financial Statements Year Ended December 31. 1988: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that in 1986, Ramsey selected the firm of Pannell Kerr <br />Forster for auditing the financial statements for 1986, 1987 and 1988. <br />City Staff is recommending confirming that selection for the final year of <br />the 3rd year cycle and request proposals and re-evaluate those professional <br />services in the spring of 1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />confirm the engagement of Pannel Kerr Forster for the purpose of auditing <br />City Council/November 29, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 6 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
