To The City of Ramsey <br />Attn: Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Description of the grading and mining process to be conducted at 15001 Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The permit is requested for 3 years. The landowners are Thomas and Pattiann <br />Kurak. The permit applicant is Thomaswood Corporation, the lessee of the <br />property. <br /> <br />The haul road utilized will be Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />The property to be graded will be less than 40 acres. <br /> <br />The property to be graded will be done to the elevation noted on the <br />Thomaswood Grading Plan dated March 10, 1997. <br /> <br />The restoration will consist of placing 6" of top soil on finished grade and at least <br />1 tree will be planted to replace every tree removed. <br /> <br />The area to be excavated will not exceed 5 acres in size per phase and the top <br />soit from the area being excavated will be piled in an area in close proximity to <br />the work area. <br /> <br />Thomaswood Corporation has provided a map showing the areas to be worked <br />and numbered them in sequence of work planned, <br /> <br />Thomaswood Corporation wilt proceed with this work in compliance with the <br />usual conditions placed on such permits and will also supply the bond required <br />by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
