e.30.05 <br /> <br />apply: <br /> <br />Contents of a Notice of Violation. A Notice of <br />Violation shall contain the following: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />A statement documenting the findings of fact <br />through inspections, reinspection or <br />investigations; <br /> <br />(b) A list of specific violations of this SECTION; <br /> <br />(~) <br /> <br />The specific requirements for correction or <br />removal of said violations; <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />A mandatory time schedule for correction, <br />removal and compliance with this SECTION; and <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Specific enforcement actions that will be <br />taken if corrective action is not completed. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />In case the owner shall fail, neglect, or <br />refuse to comply with the notice to repair or <br />rehabilitate or abate as described in section <br />above, the City may order the owner of the <br />building prosecuted as a violator of the <br />provisions of this section and may order the <br />work specified in such notice. A state-merit <br />of the cost of such work shall be transmitted <br />to the City, who shall cause the same to be <br />paid and levied as a special assessments <br />against the property. <br /> <br />State Notification of Violations. Any inspection <br />installation, design, construction, alteration or <br />repair of an ISTS by a licensed person or any <br />pumping and disposal of septage by a licensed <br />pumper or hauler done in violation of the <br />provisions of this SECTION shall be cause for <br />notification to the MPCA. <br /> <br />Addltional Standards <br />Protect&on <br /> <br />~Cor <br /> <br />Health and Environmental <br /> <br />Additional Standards. The following standards shall also <br /> <br />Costs. Costs incurred under paragraph e.l(f) above <br />shall be paid out of the City's general fund. Such <br />costs shall be charged to the owner of the premises <br />involved as special assessments on the land on <br />which the building or structure is located, and <br />shall be collected in the manner provided for <br />special assessments. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />
