I have reviewed your correspondence with the City's Road and Bridge Committee <br />on December 16, 1997, and was directed to advise you that the City is supportive of the <br />signalization of this intersection at the earliest possible date. Hopefully it will be considered <br />favorable by the County for it's 1998 program. <br /> <br />! would also note that our review of the accident history at this intersection shows t 6 accidents <br />fi.om January 1, 1994 through 1997. The rapidly developing industrial area off of Thursten <br />Street is likely to contribute to the increase of traffic and accidents over the next year. <br /> <br />Finally, I would request that the County study the intersection of C.R. #116 and C.R. #57 for <br />signal warrants in 1998.
