Request for quotation <br />December 2, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Prairie: Approximately 35,000 square feet both seeded and plugged with a 2 year prairie <br />establishment maintenance program. <br /> <br />Sod: Approximately 280 square feet installed on the northeast side of the Public Works <br />building pursuant to plan. <br /> <br />Irrigation Design build irrigation system to water the above sodded area. The system may <br />need to be expanded in area (with additional heads or sprays) to ensure the existing welt <br />motor does not cycle excessively. <br /> <br />As indicated, the contractor selected will be responsible for all elements of this mm-key project <br />including: calling for locates, coordination of activity with sub-contractors (if used), ordering <br />and storage of materials until installation. <br /> <br />The attached project site location map is enclosed for your convenience.
