Councitmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #98-01m <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOCATING 1996 AND 1998 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS AND DESIGNATING USE OF 1997 UNALLOCATED <br /> CDBG FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey receives an annual allocation of CDBG funds from <br />Anoka County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1996 and 1998 allocation totals $64,494.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in 1997, the City of Ramsey allocated 1997 funds to certain public service <br />agencies and planning projects and retained a balance of $11,289.00 in unallocated funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the City of Ramsey hereby applies to Anoka County for the a/location of 1996 and <br /> <br />1998 CDBG funds ($64,494.00) <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Alexandra House <br /> <br /> CEAP <br /> <br /> Meals on Wheels <br /> <br /> Rise <br /> <br /> Family Life Center <br /> ADA Sidewalk Retrofits <br /> Senior Housing Project <br /> <br />and unallocated 1997 CDBG funds ($11,289.00) as <br /> <br /> $ 2,000.00 <br /> $ 2,000.00 <br /> $ 2,000.00 <br /> $ 2,000.00 <br /> $ 2,00O.00 <br /> $I3,783.00 <br /> $51,000.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
