CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSE%' <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />December 11, 1990, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulev&r~ NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Relmann <br />Councllmember Richard Clch <br />Councllmember Alan Pearson <br />Councllmember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councllmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator, David Hart]ey <br />City Engineer, Steven Jankowskl <br />City Personnel Coordinator, Kay McA]oney <br />City Attorney, William Goodrich <br /> <br />.Q~LL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at <br />7:37 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />C I T I ZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Kath{ Pet~erSon. Keep Ramsev Clean Committee - attended the Keep <br />Amerlc~rSeautlful conference last week and returned with more <br />enthusiasm about the program. The conference allowed them to <br />network with over 400 programs throughout America, and they ]earned <br />of program~ receiving top billing this year. The committee would <br />welcome everyone's ideas and suggestions. The Keep Ramsey Clean <br />program is the only active community program in Minnesota, and they <br />are hoping to capitalize on the opportunity to outline Ramsey as <br />being the best ]n the state for beautification. She asked for <br />continued support of the Council to provide Ramsey's residents with <br />a clean and beautiful environment in which to live. <br /> <br />%pPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />It was agreed to a~d Case ~14, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Premise <br />Permit. <br /> <br />MOTION by Cich, Seconded by Peterson, to table Case #1~ (Consider <br />emp]oyment agreement of City Ac~ninistrator).
