VOTE ON MOTION: <br />Motion fai]ed. <br /> <br />YES-CIch, Peterson; NO-DeLuca, Pearson, Reimann. <br /> <br />The Agenda stands as amended. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />It was suggested Item 7 of the Consent Agenda, Receive Letter from <br />Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc., regarding Increase In disposal <br />rate at the Anoka Regional Sanitary Landfill, be moved to Case #15 <br />under Council Business. <br /> <br />MOTION by Pearson, Seconded by DeLuca, approve the Consent Agenda <br />with that change. (See the fo]lowing: <br /> <br />1) Approve License Applications <br />2) Resolution #90-12-367 Approving Accounts Payable for <br /> November 19, 1990, through November 30, 1990 <br /> <br />FURTHER DISCUSSION: Mr. Jankowskl noted the question brought up <br />previously on the bl]] from Hakanson Anderson Associates for 26 <br />hours for cemetery survey. He explained the City owns two <br />cemeteries, and apparen]y someone was being Interned In one of the <br />graves. As they were digglng, they dug Into another grave because <br />the markers were not in the right places.
