CASE <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION FOR GLENGARRY SUBDIVISION <br /> by: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />#3 <br /> <br />On September 24, 1991, the City received a plat drawing for Glengarry Subdivision. The <br />plat consists of 30 acres with 3 lots, for a dwelling unit density of .1 units per acre. <br /> <br />The City has not identified any park land needs in this immediate area. <br /> <br />With regard to Cash park dedication for this minor subdivision, City Code requires $350 <br />per lot or $1,050 ($350 x 3). <br /> <br />Enclosed fOr your review: <br /> <br /> Site location map <br /> Plat drawing <br /> October 3 letter to developer detailing staff recommendation ' ' <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />To accept $1,050 park dedication for Glengarry Subdivision. <br /> <br />CommissiOn Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval/denial of $1,050.00 to satisfy park dedication requirements <br />for Glengarry Subdivision. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Parks/Utilities Coordinator <br /> <br />P&R: 10/10/91 <br /> <br /> <br />
