With 135 tots and only limited trail corridor to be required, the Cily may <br />receive up to $500.00 per lot for an additional $67,500 for the park development less any <br />credit tor trail corriQor. The developer sl~ouid aisc consider being specially assessed $200 per <br />lot toward the park developmenl in the adjacent subdivisions.
