Sixty-three percent of Cartersville residents <br />indicated that they had recycled at least once in the <br />past twelve months. <br />In the following chapters, each of the six Es is <br />further defined and is accompanied by case studies <br />of local governments that have used survey results <br />from their residents to help strengthen their <br />communities.
