Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14 -11 -243 <br />RESOLUTION TO HIRE TEMPORARY SNOW PLOW DRIVERS <br />WHEREAS, annually the City employs Temporary Snow Plow Drivers to assist <br />in snow removal; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, staff recruited for, interviewed, and selected qualified candidates; <br />WHEREAS, all candidates passed the pre - employment screening; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends hiring Craig Blake, Daniel Greer, Daneil Pfeifer, <br />Trevor Beres, and Adam Gordan as Temporary Snow Plow Drivers at $12.00 per hour. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to adopt resolution #14 -11 -243 to hire Craig Blake, Daniel Greer, Daneil <br />Pfeifer, Trevor Beres, and Adam Gordan as Temporary Snow Plow Drivers at $12.00 per <br />hour, effective November, 10, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25th day of November, 2014. <br />
