The City of Ramsey wishes to apply for LRIP funding ($750,000) to extend <br />Riverdale Drive from Traprock Street to Ramsey Boulevard. The project is listed in the immediate <br />priorities section of the implementation plan for the Highway 10 Access Planning Study (#3-1-1). LRIP <br />funding applications are due January 2, 2015. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />We will assist the City in preparation of the application. City responsibilities and Bolton & Menk <br />responsibilities are as described below. <br />City Responsibilities <br />• Completion of application document, <br />• Preparation and facilitation of approval of required Resolution, <br />• Requesting Letters of Support from MnDOT, the Anoka County Highway Department and Anoka <br />County Parks Department to submit with our funding application, and <br />• Application submittal. <br />Bolton & Menk Responsibilities <br />• Assistance with developing a project location map, and <br />• Preparation of a detailed cost estimate. <br />Additionally, we can provide a QA/QC review of the final document based on our understanding of the <br />application process and our experience in submitting similar applications through this funding <br />solicitation cycle. <br />DESIGNING FOR A BETTER TOMORROW <br />Bolton & Menk is an equal opportunity employer <br />
