Mr. Bruce Westby <br />November 25, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />PROPOSED TEAM <br />Our proposed project team will consist of Eric Johnson, P.E. and Kevin Kielb, P.E. Eric and Kevin have <br />successfully prepared numerous funding application packages and will provide peer review for the <br />services provided. <br />SCHEDULE AND FEES <br />We understand the necessity to complete the application package to meet the submittal deadline. We <br />will begin work immediately upon authorization. <br />We will use base resources from our T.H. 10 Corridor Study in preparation of both the exhibits and cost <br />estimates. We estimate 8 hours for finalizing the estimates and 4 hours for updating our existing <br />drawings to create exhibits. We estimate our fees will be $1,440. Additionally, we are available to <br />provide peer review of the completed submittal package. We estimate that 2 hours of review, comment <br />and discussions would be required at a fee of $260. <br />As the preparation process proceeds, other items may arise for which the City may need assistance. Any <br />additional assistance would be provided at our standard hourly rates. <br />Thank you for discussing this work with us and requesting the proposal.
