Page 1 of 18 <br />Permit No: MN 0060259 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE AND TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL AND OPERATE A <br /> <br /> WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SYSTEM <br /> <br /> UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br /> <br /> AND STATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM PERMIT PROGRAM <br /> <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended (33 <br />U.S.C. 1251 et seq; hereinafter the "Act"), Minnesota Statutes Chapters 115 <br />and 116, as amended, and Minnesota Rules Chapter 7001 <br /> <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT OF MINNESOTA, INC. <br /> <br />(hereinafter the Permittee) is authorized by the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (MPCA) to construct, install and operate a wastewater disposal system <br />at and to discharge from Anoka Regional Sanitary Landfill to receiving water <br />named Mississippi River and Sunfish Lake, in accordance with effluent <br />limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. <br /> <br />This permit shall become effective on the date of issuance by the <br />Commissioner. <br /> <br />such information and forms as <br />days prior to the above date <br />7001.0040. <br /> <br />This permit and its authorization shall expire at midnight, January 31, 1996. <br />The Permittee is not authorized to discharge nor to operate the disposal <br />system after the above date of expiration.
