Ch~r_oes.a.;nd Fees. WMMI agrees to pay to the City upon the issuance of this <br />permi~ a fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for engineering, legal <br />and administrative expenses incurred during the consideration and development <br />of this Conditional Use Permit. LWMMI shall reimburse the City for all <br />administrative and consultant fees ~ncurred by the City in connection with <br />administration of this Permit, testing evaluation and all other such expenses <br />incurred by the City in connection with this operation over the term of this <br />permit. <br /> <br />Insurance, WMMI shall secure and maintain insurance from an insurance <br />company acceptable to the City and authorized to write casualty insurance in <br />the State of Minnesota which will protect WMMI, its agents and employees and <br />the City from claims for bodily injury, death or property damage which may <br />arise from the recovery and treatment operations. WMMI shall file a certificate <br />of ins0rance or a certified copy of the insurance policy with the City. Such <br />insurance policy shall contain a clause providing that it shall not be canceled by <br />the insurance company without thirty (30) days' written notice to the City of <br />intention to cancel. The following coverages shall be provided in amounts not <br />less than those specified: <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Public liability, general liabiiity, loading and unloading, completed <br />operations, explosion, collapse, underground operations, personal injury <br />and property damage' <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br /> <br />Injury or death of one person - $1,000,000. <br />Injury to more than one person in a single accide;;t- $2,000,000. <br />Property damage $500,000 for any one occurrence and in <br />unencumbered aggregate. <br /> <br />Automobile and truck public liability personal injury and property damage <br />.including owned and non-owned vehicles' <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br /> <br />In)ury or death of one person - $500,000. <br />Injury to more than one person in a single accident - $1,000,000. <br />Property damage - $100,000. <br /> <br />Insurance coverage as specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) shall be carried <br />for the term that recovery and treatment operations are conducted. <br /> <br /> <br />
