Twenty-two citizens and staff Planners from neighboring communities, townships, and counties attended. Becaume of our positive response to last year's conference, the Cities of Elk River, Otsego and the Minnesota Planning Association invite you to the next "Plan Share" Conference sohedul, ed for Saturday, April 13, 1991, from 9:30 AM - ll:30AM. We plan to meet at the Elk River Fire Station in the new training room. We will send you a ~inal agenda before the meeting, but welcome your ideas and input before the program is finalized. Last July, you expressed interest in the following areas: - model community planning process - forum for visionary thinking and planning - need for regional planning newsletter - commissioner training - mobile workshops - recycling - economic development - time to talk and share ideas - Park planning & recreation - comprehensive land use planning So far, we have planned to bring in a speaker on one of these ideas ~nd will leave plenty of time to talk!
