Development standard will be <br />based on whether or not properties are served by sewer <br />and water. <br /> <br />Regarding Annual Land Use Planning Workshops <br />Commissioner Bawden would like to attend "Beyond the <br />Basics and Commissioner Deemer would like to attend <br />"The Art of the Deal". <br /> <br />The following amendments were made to the findings of <br />fact regarding the case of Mr. James Paulzine - CUP for <br />horses on less than three acres: the date in #3 should be <br />March 2, 1992. #15: "That the proposed use will not <br />be hazardous or disturbing . . ." #16: "That the <br />proposed use will not be an improvement to the property <br />· ." #17: "That the proposed use will be served <br />adequately by essential . . ." #18: "That the proposed <br />use will not create excessive additional requirements at <br />pub!lc cost for public facilities and services and will not <br />be detrimental to the economic welfare ..." #19: "That <br />the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, <br />processes, materials .... " <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution adopting the findings of fact, <br />as amended, relating to Mr. Paulzine's request to <br />maintain two horses on less than three acres at 16350 <br />Alpaca St. N.W. Place on Council agenda. <br /> <br />The following amendments were made to the conditions of <br />the conditional use permit for Mr. James Paulzine: #2: <br />"A permanent structure, designed to house horses and at <br />least 500 square feet in size, shall be constructed on the <br />subject property by October 30, 1992 . . ." #3: The <br />temporary run-in shed located on the subject property, <br />as depicted on the site plan dated received by the City of <br />Ramsey on February 18, 1992, shall be removed by <br />October 30, 1992." <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution declaring conditions of the <br />conditional use permit, as amended and approve Mr. <br />Paulzine's request to maintain two horses on less that <br />three acres at 16350 Alpaca St. N.W.
