" <br />#13: "That the proposed use will be harmonious with <br />and in accordance,.." #14: That the proposed use will <br />be designed, constructed, operated and maintained in <br />order to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance <br />with the existing and intended character of the B-3 <br />Highway Business District and the proposed use will not <br />change the essential character . " #15: That the <br />proposed use will not be hazardous to or disturbing.. <br />#16: That the proposed use will be an improvement to <br />the property . . ." #17: That the proposed use will be <br />adequately served by essential public services..." #18: <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional <br />requirements at public cost for public facilities and <br />services and that-the proposed use will not be detrimental <br />. . ." #19: That the proposed use will not involve uses, <br />activities . . ." #20: That the proposed use will be <br />consistent with the intended purposes of the Zoning <br />chapter,.." <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution adopting the findings of fact, <br />as amended, relating to Mr. Franta's request for a <br />conditional use permit to conduct manufacturing <br />operations in a B-3 Business District, Place on Council <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the resolution "declaring the conditions of <br />the conditional use permit for a manufacturing facility in <br />the B-2 . . ." and approve Mr. Franta's request for a <br />conditional use permit.
