Frolik <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />Frolik <br /> <br />Jankowski <br /> <br />3/2/92 <br /> <br />3/2/92 <br /> <br />3/2/92 <br /> <br />3/2/92 <br /> <br />3/2/92 <br /> <br />3/2/92 <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to .recommend that City Council approve <br />Mr. Sieve Franta's request for site plan approval to <br />construct a manufacturing facility for C&L Canvas Crafts <br />on Lol 2, Block 3, Alpaca Estates under the following <br />terms and conditions: a) submittal of a certified lot <br />survey; b) compliance with staff recommendations for <br />drainage modifications as noted in the review letter dated <br />February 25, 1992; c) waiving the requirement that the <br />loading bays be constructed on the rear wall; d) waiving <br />the requirement of curbing from the loading bay area <br />parallel with the front edge of the building and around the <br />side and replace it with a surface acceptable to the City <br />Engineer; e) providing for a total of five off-street <br />parking spaces and one extra long space to accommodate a <br />boat and trailer. Place on Council agenda. <br /> <br />P&Z recommended that City Council approve Glenn <br />Rehbein Excavating, lnc's proposed site plan for <br />development of a clubhouse at the Northfork Links Golf <br />Course based on the action taken by the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission on March 2, 1992 and City Staff review <br />letter dated February 25, 1992. Place on a Council <br /> <br />Request for sketch plan review of Fleischer's 2nd <br />Addition; Case of Jack Menkveld: P&Z voted to see a <br />revised sketch plan and directed this case be placed on the <br />March 16th agenda for P&Z's special meeting. <br /> <br />Request for sketch plan review of Ramsey Meadows; Case <br />of Gilbert Menkveld: P&Z voted to see a revised sketch <br />plan with particular attention to lot sizes and details on <br />reconstruction of 149th Avenue N.W. and directed this <br />case be placed on the March 16th agenda for P&Z's <br />special meeting. <br /> <br />The following amendments were made with regard to the <br />sign ordinance: Page 1 of 22 - Awning - delete "and of a <br />type which can be retracted, folded or collapsed against <br />the face of a supporting building. Bench Sign - means a <br />sign which is affixed to or painted on a bench. Page 2 of <br />22- Canopy - delete "supported by and extending from <br />the facade of a building. Marquee - "means a permanent <br />roof-like structure of rigid materials supported by and <br />extending form the facade of a building". Reinstate <br />prohibition of off-site real estate signs and draft <br />verbiage that states signs on public property will be <br />considered abandoned and can be removed by the City <br />Administrator or his designee. <br /> <br />F.Y.I P&Z Commissioner Deemer stated two street <br />lights - one on County Road #5 and one in Flintwood does <br />not meet the specifics as set by the City. <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />N <br /> <br /> <br />
