Councilmember <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-05- <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FOLLOWING'-I~NDINGS OF FACT # <br /> RELATING TO A REQUEST BY BURNSIDE TRAILS DEVELOPMEN'["-" <br /> COMPANY TO REZONE PIN 06-32-25-12-0002 FROM R-I RURAL <br /> RESIDENTIAL TO B-I BUSINESS <br /> (Drafted 4/28/92) <br /> <br />Burnside Trails Development Company, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for a rezoning of certain property from R-1 Rural Residential to B-1 <br />Business. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code on May 5, 1992 and that <br />said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the property proposed to be rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to B-1 Business is <br />legally desacribed as follows: <br /> <br />The West Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement to Rural <br />Coop Power Association. <br /> <br />That the subject property is currently zoned R-1 Rural Residential and is proposed to be <br />developed with a convenience store which is not a permitted use for that zoning district, <br /> <br />6. That the properties surrounding the subject parcel are zoned R-1 Rural Residential. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That if the rezoning is approved, the proposed use of the subject parcel Mil/will not <br />adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning will/will not substantially impair the use or market value of any <br />surrounding property. <br /> <br />9.
