The following should be incorporated into the design of the final <br />plat: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The closed conduit drainage system should be extended to the <br />western plat boundary of 150th Lane. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Catch basins will be required in place of bituminous flumes shown <br />on 149th Avenue. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />The drainage plan, and in particular the wetland discharge designs, <br />are subject to the review of the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization and the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />Soils. City Staff is recommending that a grading plan be submitted <br />showing proposed lowest floor elevations for all proposed structures. Soil <br />borings should also be submitted showing depth to groundwater. <br /> <br />Park Dedication; The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met April <br />23 and recommended requiring a cash contribution to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />City Staff recommends preliminary plat approval contingent upon compliance with <br />this review letter. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />May 5, 1992, to conduct a public hearing and consider your request for preliminary <br />plat approval of Ramsey Meadows.
