Qithhold any assessments due and payable to the Association, or <br /> <br />take (or omit) other action in violation of :he Governing <br /> <br />Documents, as a measure to enforce such Owner or Occupant's <br /> <br />position, or for any other reason. <br /> <br />Sec:ion 14.2 Sanctions and Remedies. In addition to any <br /> <br />other remedies or sanctions, ex-press or implied, administrative <br /> <br />or legal, the Association shall have the right, but not the <br /> <br />obligation, to implement any one or more of :he following actions <br /> <br />against O~aers and Occupants who violate (or whose gumsts <br /> <br />violate) the provisions of the Governing Documents: <br /> <br />Impose interest charges at the highest rate allowed by <br />law for any delinquent assessment payments. <br /> <br />impose administrative charges (in addition to interest), <br />in amounts uo to 25% of each delinquent installment for <br />each such deiinauent assessment payment. <br /> <br />In the event of default of more than 30 days in the <br />payment of any assessment or installment thereof, all <br />remaining installments cf assessments assessed against <br />the ' <br /> oe~=u!~ing O'~er or Occuoant may be accelerated and <br />shall then be payable in full, forthwith at the call of <br />the Board of Directors.
