Qithhold any assessments due and payable to the Association, or take (or omit) other action in violation of :he Governing Documents, as a measure to enforce such Owner or Occupant's position, or for any other reason. Sec:ion 14.2 Sanctions and Remedies. In addition to any other remedies or sanctions, ex-press or implied, administrative or legal, the Association shall have the right, but not the obligation, to implement any one or more of :he following actions against O~aers and Occupants who violate (or whose gumsts violate) the provisions of the Governing Documents: Impose interest charges at the highest rate allowed by law for any delinquent assessment payments. impose administrative charges (in addition to interest), in amounts uo to 25% of each delinquent installment for each such deiinauent assessment payment.
