CASE <br /> <br /> PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CITY CODE <br />TO INCREASE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE HEIGHT LIMITS <br /> IN THE R-1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL AREA <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At a previous Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the Commission reviewed and approved <br />the Building Official's recommendation to increase the height limit for accessory structures in the R- <br />I Rural Residential area from 16 feet to 22 feet. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />An ordinance has been drafted and reviewed by the City Attorney.
