Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer and <br />Cich. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the agenda <br />with the addition of Mr. Johnson's case. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Hardin.
