CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mrs. Helling stated she would like g9 deleted from the consent agenda as it is a duplicate of #14. <br /> <br />Mrs. Helting also added that Mr. Rychner's request for adjustment to escrow account charges <br />(Case #5) on the regular agenda is being delayed until the April 9, 1991 meeting. It was the <br />consensus of the Council that Mr. Johnson would now be Case #5. <br /> <br />There was also a request by City Staff that six items listed on the Hakanson Anderson invoice for <br />payment be reviewed by Mr. Jankowski. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR GILBERTSON'S STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson read his State of the City Address. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Ramsey Clean-up Month Activities <br /> <br />Kathi Peterson, Ramsey Keep America Beautiful Committee, reviewed the tentative schedule of <br />activities for I~,ep America Beautiful month. She stated there would be tree seedlings distributed <br />to Ramsey Sc~ol students. The Environmental Exposition is a new activity and the plans are to <br />distribute the permits for clean-up day at the Environmental Expo.
