Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Recycling Report on Tonnages and Comparisons to Other <br />Cities <br /> <br />Mr. JankoWski~ summarized the report which was presented in the <br />Council's ~enda materla! to update the Council on the City's <br />Recyling~Program. The City has met the goals set by Anoka County <br />for 1990, rwhich must be done in order to receive the SCORE funding <br />for landfi!!l] abatement activities. He anticipated the goals for <br />1991 will ~alSo be met or exceeded. Mr. Jankowski also noted the <br />number of ,!cool,plaints on the City's Curbs]de Recycling Program has <br />decreased.I' The level of participation is between 50 to 60 percent <br />of the possible curbside pickups, but that does not account for <br />households that put material out only once a month. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/APRIL 9, 1991 <br /> Page 7 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
