Section 7.2 Premiums a Common ExD~'nse. <br /> <br />All insurance <br /> <br />premiums required to be paid by :he Association pursuant to this <br />Article VII shall b~ a Common Expense, and shall be assessed <br /> <br />uniformly among the Owners. <br /> <br />Section 7.3 Collection of Insurance Proceeds. Nothing <br /> <br />contained in this Article VII shall be construed to make the <br /> <br />company responsible for collection or non-~-ollection of any <br /> <br />insurance proceeds; said parties being responsible solely for :he <br /> <br />insurance proceeds which cdme into its hands. The Association <br /> <br />shall promptly collect or cause to be collected from the <br /> <br />insurance carrier, the proceeds of the policies covering the <br /> <br />damage. <br /> <br />Section 7.4 Condemnation anf E~inent Domaiu.
