- 23 - <br /> <br />until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, <br />shape, height, color, materials and locations of the same shall <br />have been approved in %~i~ing as to harmony of external design, <br />color, size and location in relation to surrounding structures <br />and topography bv the Board of Directors, or by a Design ~eview <br />Commi[tee composed of three or more Owners appointed by ~he Board <br />of Directors (referred to herein as the "ieviewinE Authority"). <br /> Section: 9.2 Review of Proposed Alterations/Remedies for <br />Violauions. De=ailed plans and specifications of any proposed <br />alteration, in for~ acceptable to the Reviewin~ Authority shall <br />be sJDmi~ted to the ~eviewinE Authority for approval prior to the <br />projected commencemen~ of cons=~c=ion~ and no alteration or <br />construction shall be commenced prior to such approval.
