Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />The City Council regular meeting minutes dated February 12, 1991 were noted by the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional use Permit to Construct and Maintain a <br />Church on B-1 Business Property; Case of Lord of Life Church <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik explained that since this request has been amended to a rezoning application, there is no <br />action required by the Planning and Zoning Commission on the request for a conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request for a Site Plan Review; Case of Lord of Life Church <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Keillor, architect for Lord t,l' Life Church was present to review the proposed site plan <br />for the new Lord of Life church facility. <br /> <br />Ms. l~rolik stated that the site plan is subject to review bv DNR. Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization and the Anoka County Highway })epartment. The County Highway <br />Department has indicated opposition lt~ two accesses onto Nowthen Boulevard (the church and the <br />current residence) and recommended a common driveway access onto Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br />for both and SOle access for the church when the residence no longer exists. <br /> <br />Janet Bernsrrom, 14515 Nowthen Bot~levard N.W., Ramsey, - expressed concern with sharing an <br />access as it would cross over her septic system or cause removal of trees. <br /> <br />Motion bv Comrrfissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to table action on <br />the site p~an for the new Lord of Life Church until tl~e next regular meeting for the purpose of <br />processing the site plan coincidental with the rezoning and reviewing transmittals from DNR. <br />LRRWMO and Anoka County. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/April <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br />2, 1991 <br /> <br /> <br />
