The',' are obligated to the State under the consent order to clean up <br />contaminated groundwater. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to add (Under Item #6) <br />e. Approximately 6,(}00 feet of 15 inch underground discharg, e pipe; and f. <br />Approximately 600 feet of 36" reinforced concrete pipe. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Terry and Thorud.
