CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> AMATEUR RADIO TOWER <br />PIN 16.32-25-43-0008 <br />15705 TRAPROCK STREET N.W. <br /> <br />On December 18, 1990, a conditional use permit was issued to James Monson to erect and <br />maintain an amateur radio tower on the property generally known as 15705 Traprock Street N.W. <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Traprock Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The amateur radio tower erected on the subject property shall not exceed eighty (80) <br />feet in height. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That any vertical antenna attached to the tower on the subject property shall not <br />exceed twenty (20 feet) in height. <br /> <br />The location of the tower structure is restricted to the rear yard and shall maintain a <br />minimum setback of 30 feet from all property lines. <br /> <br />That the permittee shall obtain a building permit from the City prior to constructing <br />the radio tower. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the base of the radio tower shall be restricted from access by a minimum four <br />(4) foot non-climbable barrier. <br /> <br />7. That the permittee shall maintain the radio tower in good repair at all times. <br /> <br />That the permittee shall plant coniferous trees ranging in height from 20-30 feet <br />every 15-20 feet along the front property tine of the subject property in a staggered <br />fashion to provide screening. Said plantings shall be accomplished by November <br />1, 1991 and any trees not surviving the winter shall be replaced by June 30, 1992. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the fight to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon <br />reasonable request. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is contingent upon the permittee receiving favorable <br />FAA approval for the construction of the proposed tower. In the event that <br />approval is not obtained, this conditional use permit shall be null and void. <br /> <br /> <br />
