PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Planning'~and Zoning Commission held a public hearing to hear the request for a conditional <br />use permit fo~ a t~mporary mobile home residence; Case of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc., on <br />Tuesday, Ma}, 7, 1991 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minaeso~a 55303. <br /> <br />Members Pre~nt: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members AbSent: <br /> <br />Chairman Gerald Zimmerman <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:54 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated ~at Mr. Jeff Knutson of Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc. was present and is <br />requesting ap[~rovltl to move a mobile home on to the golf course as a residence for the project <br />superintendeni during construction to monitor irrigation and for security reasons. <br /> <br />Upon inquiry¢ Mr. Knutson stated that the permit request is for two years; however, he feels it <br />should be Only one year. Upon inquiry regarding foundation, he replied there would be no <br />foundation; th~ mobile home would be located next to the maintenance facility. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Coyamissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Bawden <br />and Hendriks0n. Voting No: None.
