CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 1991 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Coun cilmember Sheila B eyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Personnel Coordinator McAloney <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Doug Snyder, 8940 - Highway #10 N.W., stated that his neighbors have complained about <br />the water fowl on his premises and he feels they are not a nuisance. He reported that he has a <br />game farm license issued to him by the Department of Natural Resources which is mandatory to <br />raise the species of geese he has. Upon inquiry, he replied that he has 1-1/2 acres. He stated he <br />has gotten rid of some of the birds he had and that he is present to defend himself. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />It was requested by the developers to delete Case #'s 9, 10 and 11 until further information is <br />available. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mavor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Bever and Hardin. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Counc'ilmember Cich. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Bever to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />!) <br />2) <br /> <br />Approve license applications:. <br />Adopt Resolution -~91-07-153 approving accounts payable transactions for the period June <br />17. 199t through June 28, 1991. <br />Receive Report of Cash Flows for period ending June 30. 199!:. <br /> <br />City Council/July 9, 1991 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
