CASE <br /> <br /> REPORT ON STATUS OF NUISANCE ABATEMENT AT EAST LAKE AUTO, <br /> 7127 HWY. #10 N.W. (PIN 27-32-25-33-0003) <br /> -, A By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />As you recall, earligr this sprifi~, East Lake Auto was called before the Commission regarding auto <br />salvage activity and the unacceptable condition of their premises. At that time, Doug Berens, <br />manager of theloperation, stated that he would have the property in compliance by September 1 as <br />he was relocating from Ramsey at that time. On September 16, 1991, I reported to the <br />Commission that the condition of premises at East Lake Auto had worsened and the phone for East <br />Lake Auto hadbeen disconnected. At that time, the Commission directed me to initiate action to <br />have the nuisance abated in accordance with provisions in City Code.. I.~_s. ent~o_th~- fee title <br />owner, Good Value Homes, granting approximately 10 days to abate the nuisance or at least <br />provide me ~qi~ a:is~hedule for same. If the matter is not attended t°, I Will th~Kbrin-g ~h¢ ~a~e to <br />Council for permission to order the work done and assess the property owner for the cost of that <br />clean up work.: I am sure I will have some response from Good Value Homes to report to the <br />Commission on October 1. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the letter that was sent to Good Value Homes. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />This case is for information purposes only. <br /> <br /> " ' - ./ <br /> <br />Review Chec~st: ~n~g <br /> <br /> <br />
