Therefore, I am requesting that you consider this letter your ten (10) day notice to abate the <br />blighted conditions at 7127 Hwy. #10 N.W. If no action is taken by Good Value Homes by <br />Monday, October 7, 1991 to abate the conditions or at least provide me with a schedule for same, I <br />will have no ~course but to recommend that City Council order the work and assess the property. <br />I regret having to :take this course of action but the property needs immediate attention. One of <br />Planning andZoning Commissioners visited the site last week and counted 22 pieces of <br />cannibalized vehicles and/or parts of vehicles. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, or if I can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to call me at <br />427-1410.
