Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion carrietl. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson, Cith and <br />Hardin. Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />Kathy Welsh iSubmitted a complaint against 15459 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. - 16 Cadillacs; <br />14544 Nowth~n Boulevard N.W.- several vehicles in the yard; and three more residences in <br />between those} ad~esses on the south side of the road having more than five vehicles. She also <br />asked Mr. SChiroeder for pictures of which vehicles he wants removed, which he provided. <br /> <br />Case #3: ~Historical Committee Update <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that earlier this year there were discussions regarding the <br />possible uses for ttle Community Development Block Grant Funds and one of the sUggestions was <br />possibly relocating and renovating the old Ramsey Town Hall. It was determined that there was <br />not sufficient time to put together such a complex project within the current years CDBG pro,am <br />time frames. ~owever, interest in the renovation of the old town hall peaked and at the urging of <br />Councilmem~r Hardin, Ms. Frolik advertised for a volunteer citizen committee to pursue working <br />with the An01~a COunty Historical Society to research the history and status of the structure and <br />possible relocation and renovation. <br /> <br />CouncilmembSr Hardin reported that the Historical Committee has been meeting monthly and will <br />be putting together :a proposal of what they would like to see done. <br /> <br />Motion by CoUncilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Cich to table this case until <br />the Committe~ has the proposal ready to present to Council. <br /> <br />Motion carrieJ& Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Cich, Beyer and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: i'Review Conditional Use Permit Issued to 7205 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> ;for Compliance; Case of Robert Wojcik, Ramsey Auto Sales <br /> <br />Zoning Admirdstrator Frolik stated that a public hearing was held for comments regarding <br />compliance with the conditional use permit issued to 7205 Highway #10 N.W. She stated that Mr. <br />Wojcik has be~n in compliance with his CLIP for the past 90 days. <br /> <br />Motion by CoUncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to cease proceedings <br />to revoke the conditional use permit issued for a used motor vehicle sales lot at 7205 Highway #10 <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried.. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Cich and <br />Hardin. Voting No: None. <br />Case #5: ~equest for Final Plat Approval of Northfork Point Addition; Case of <br /> :Nor'th Fork, Inc., Dennis Peck <br /> <br />Zoning Admin!strator Frolik stated that Dennis Peck is requesting final plat approval of Northfork <br /> <br />Point Addition'; <br /> <br />The plat consists of 60 acres proposed to be subdivided into two outlots and 20 <br /> <br /> City Council/September 24, 1991 <br /> Page 6 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
