Koenig <br /> <br />Zoning Adrnirfistra[or Frolik stated that the City entered into a development agreement with Kevin <br />Leonard and A1 Koenig for Windemere Woods. At this time, Kevin Leonard and A1 Koenig are <br />requesting tinct piat approval of Phase I of Windemere Woods which consists of 28 lots. The plat <br />consists of apPiroximately 37 acres to be subdivided into 52 single family urban residential lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt Resolution <br />itt91-09-220 grknting final plat approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter <br />dated Septeml:krr 18, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Beyer, Peterson, Cich and <br />Hardin. Votin~ No: None. <br /> <br />Case g7: iApProve Plans and Specifications for Improvement Project ~t91-13 <br /> <br />City Engineer 'JankOwski stated that at the second meeting in August, Council directed Hakanson <br />Anderson to p.~epare documents for lateral and trunk phases for the Wood Pond Projects. The <br />plans are now Completed and are included for Council's review. <br /> <br />Motion by Coancilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt Resolution <br />/491-09-221 apl>roving contract documents and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids <br />for Improvern ~e~nt Project g9 l-13 (extension of sanitary sewer and water trunk mains for Chestnut <br />Hills, ChestnUt; Pond, Cedar Hills, Wood Pond Hills and Windemere Woods Additions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich, Beyer and <br />Hardin. Voting No~ None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Approve Plans and Specifications for Improvement Project #91-01 <br /> <br />City Engineer jankowski explained that Improvement Project gq)1-01 is the first major project in <br />the City Engineering Department. The plans are prepared and he requested permission to request <br />bids on the project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution g91- <br />09-222 approving contract documents and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids for <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Council/September 24, 1991 <br /> Page 7 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
