This access point would be posted and special <br />consideration would be given to the use of a traffic control device (i.e. gate or stop arm) <br />to prohibit unauthorized use. <br /> <br />A tOtal of two accesses along Armstrong Boulevard (C.S.A.H. 83) as follows: A full-turn access <br />where Sunwood Drive exits the RTC development onto Armstrong Boulevard (C.S.A.H. 83), and <br />a thl'ee quarter turn at what is to be known as Ramsey Parkway (southbound Armstrong <br />Boulevard left onto Ramsey Parkway). The City would close the left turn movements onto <br />Ramsey Parkway at both Ramsey and Armstrong Boulevards where traffic operation issues arise. <br />No signalization will be requested at either location. <br /> <br />FutUre signal systems at Sunwood Drive and Armstrong Boulevard and at Sunwood Drive and <br />Ramsey Boulevard may need railroad pre-emption so that the signals do not back up over the <br />tracks (northbound green prior to train arrival). <br /> <br />PItASES <br /> <br />A. [phaSe I (2004) <br /> Phase one of the project includes the following components: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />',(3) <br /> <br />; (4) <br /> <br /> (5) <br /> <br />!(6) <br /> <br />Ramsey Boulevard is improved to a four lane divided highway from T.H. 10 to 1,000 feet <br />north of Sunwood Drive. This project includes signal modifications at T.H. 10 and <br />railroad crossing upgrades (signal and surface). <br /> <br />A full traffic actuated signal is installed at Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive with <br />right and left turn lanes for all approaches to the intersection. <br /> <br />A temporary traffic signal is installed at Armstrong Boulevard and Sunwood Drive. <br /> <br />Turn lanes (both left and right) will be added on Bunker Lake Boulevard at Town Center <br />Drive. <br /> <br />A left turn lane for south hound traffic and a right turn lane for north bound traffic will be <br />added on Armstrong Boulevard at Sunwood Drive, <br /> <br />Several city streets constructed south of Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />Phase II (2005 -2006) <br /> <br />( 1 ) Armstrong Boulevard is reconstructed from T.H. 10 to 1,000 feet north of Bunker Lake <br /> Boulevard to a four lane divided roadway. This project includes signal modifications at <br /> T.H. 10 and railroad crossing upgrades (signal and surface). <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
