Jim Kreuser has a heated and air-conditioned accessory structure, which <br />allows him tO~ work with the windows and doors closed at all times. He makes custom kitchen <br />(this does not include counter top production) and wood furniture and does not perform any <br />staining of,the materials on the property. Mr. Kreuser's property is 3 acres in size and is <br />surrounded :b~ parcels that are similar in size. It is staffs opinion that the proposed business <br />operation an4 the size of the subject property and surrounding properties results in Kreuser <br />Cabinet's beiOg compatible with the surrounding residential neighborhood. <br /> <br />The Planningi. Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the proposed Home (~ccUP~tion <br />Permit request on February 5, 2004.
