Councilmerriber introduced the following resolution and moVed for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FROM J~ K~USER FOR A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A CUSTOM ~ABINET BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17731 EATON STREET. ' WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Jim Kreuser requesting a home occupation permit to operate a custom cabinet business in an accessory structure located on the property generally known as 17731 Eaton Street NW and legally described as follows: That Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: CommenCing at a point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quart,er, said point being a distance of 433.01 feet south of the northeast comer thereof, thexxc¢ south 86 degrees, 55 minutes, 58 seconds west on a line parallel to the north line of' sai~ Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 633.01 feet, thence south~rwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 680 feet a distnce of 187.91 feet, thenc~ south 71 degrees 05 minutes 58 seconds west a distance of 33 feet, thence southeaSterly at right angles a distance of 33 feet, thence southerly on a curve to the right havni, a radius of 601.92 feet and a central angle of 20 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds a distange of 218.60 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described, thence continue south .0fly on same described cuve to the right having a radius of 601.92 feet with a central angle Of 15 degrees 16 minutes 29 seconds for a distance of 160.47 feet, thence South 58 degreds 37 minutes 19 seconds east a distance of 168.37 feet, thence south 67 degrees 14 minutes 2~ seconds east a distance of 353.66 feet to a point which is 383.10 feet west of the e~t line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as measured along its north !ine, thence northerly and parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the North*est Quarter a distance of 403.10 feet to a point which is 716.02 feet south of the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as measured along its east line; thence westerly and parallel with the north line of Said Southeast Quarter of the Northx~est Quarter a distance of 431.98 feet to the point of beginning. (the "Subject Property") NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANoKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating to the request are determined to be as follows: That on January 23, 2004, Jim Kreuser, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for a home occupation permit to operate a custom cabinet shop. That t~e Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the City Code on February 5, 2004, and that said public '~hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are herebylincorporated as a part of these findings by reference.
