That l~art of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township <br />32, R~nge.25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Begirming at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br /> the SbuthWest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington <br /> Northern Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br /> the SouthWest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. <br /> Highw~ay No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way, line of said <br /> U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 485.00 feet to the actual point of <br /> beginfiing of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing along the northerly <br /> right ~f way of said highway a distance of 140 feet; thence northerly to a point on <br /> said So~ utherly fight of way line of said Burlington Not:them Railroad distant 691.80 <br /> feet southeasterly from the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest <br /> Quarter as measured along the southerly right of way of the Burlington Northern <br /> Railroad; thence northwesterly along said southerly right of way line of~ said" <br /> Burlington Northern Railroad a distance of 140 feet; thence southwesterly to the <br /> point 6f beginning. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Planning Commission met on February 5, 2004, conducted a public <br />hearing and rficommended that the City Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit; <br />and; <br /> <br /> wHEREAS, The City Council met on February 24, 2004 to review the request for an <br />Interim Use P~rmit to allow for motor and recreational vehicle storage and display on the Subject <br />Property, in the absence of the required bituminous pavement and concrete curbing requirement <br />fox' an interim Period of time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AI~oKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is ijssued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit areias follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Pormittee shall be permitted to store and display motor and recreational vehicles on <br /> the Subjec!: ProPerty on an existing Class 5 surface without the benefit of the required paved <br /> and curbed, customer, employee, and vehicle display areas until June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />2) That the permittee will be required to submit a grading and pavement plan prepared by a <br /> certified eggineer prior to any improvements being initiated on the Subject Property. The <br /> grading and pavement plan will be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall complete pavement and curbing improvements identified on the site <br /> drawing by!June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-02- <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
