The conditions of <br />this Permit areias follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Pormittee shall be permitted to store and display motor and recreational vehicles on <br /> the Subjec!: ProPerty on an existing Class 5 surface without the benefit of the required paved <br /> and curbed, customer, employee, and vehicle display areas until June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />2) That the permittee will be required to submit a grading and pavement plan prepared by a <br /> certified eggineer prior to any improvements being initiated on the Subject Property.
