Development Director Trudgeon stated there is not one in the Town Center <br />Zoning Dist~,~i~ it~is 25 feet in R-i~, :R-2 and R-3. He indicated at the December meeting <br />Staff wasidh2%ted to include findings if 'the 25-foot length was not going to be required.
