Assistant Comimunlty Development Director Trudgeon stated he is, with minor comments. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lincoln in, dicated there is a collection of catch basins that will carry the water to a larger <br /> drainage area. <br /> <br /> Commissioner,,Van Scoy asked if the issues with radius had been addressed. <br /> <br />Assistant Coml[nunity Development Director Trudgeon stated it has, but it needs to be reviewed <br />again to make iure all were changed correctly. <br /> <br />Mr. Lincoln noted that some of the intersections were at 60 feet, and they are required to be at 75 <br />feet. He showed an example, noting it would not impaCt the unit count, but may affect the green <br />space slightly, iI-Ie {ndicated they will work with Sta~So they do not create an offset intersection. <br /> <br />Commissioner [Van Scoy asked if the intent is to have a S~dewalki~"front of each unit. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated there would be sidewalks or <br />trails on all pul~lic streets, but not on the back to back units· <br /> <br />Commissione. r;.Van Scoy indicated the question with the driveway length is not having cars <br />parking over sidewalks. ,. <br /> <br />Assistant Cormnunity Development. The Developer obtains a variance from the 20-foot setback requirement. <br /> 2. The Developer obtains a variance for driveway length as applicable. <br /> 3.
