Based on this particular development, approximately 618 trips will be generated ott daily basis. Issues such as landscaping, architecture, sign placement will be reviewed ~il~ h"t 0fthe site plan process. It should be noted that a f'mal site plan wilt need to be submitted an~_: approved along with the final plat. Stormwater .~run~k Fees: The 2004 Stormwater Trunk Fee is $375.00 per unit. This fee wiI1 need to be P~'(d prior to the release of the final plat mylars. Sewer and.. ~ater~ Trunk Fees: The 2004 8ewer and Water Trunk fees-are $1,923.00 per unit. These fees wi~ need to be paid prior to the release of the final plat mylars. Other Perini{s: The Developer is responsible for obtaining any and all permits required from other regulato~ agenmes.
