Jail Development: Under the Master' Development Agreement between the <br />City and the i~scy Town Center LLC, a 90-day window was set aside to discuss matters <br />pertaining to Park and trail dedication fees. This 90-day period originally ended on DeCember <br />17, 2003. The 'iCity: Council extended the review period another 90 days to end in mid-March~ <br />2004. It is anticipated that an agreement will be reached regarding the park and trail dedication <br />and fees at tha~time. Any final resolution of the park and trail matters will be applied to the <br />Ramsey Towrl ~entcr 2n Addition plat. Absent .an agreement between the City and Ramsey <br />Town Center L~C regarding park and trail matters, the City can, at their discretion, require park <br />and trail devel0~ment fees and/or land dedication. <br /> <br /> <br />
