Jail Development: Under the Master' Development Agreement between the City and the i~scy Town Center LLC, a 90-day window was set aside to discuss matters pertaining to Park and trail dedication fees. This 90-day period originally ended on DeCember 17, 2003. The 'iCity: Council extended the review period another 90 days to end in mid-March~ 2004. It is anticipated that an agreement will be reached regarding the park and trail dedication and fees at tha~time. Any final resolution of the park and trail matters will be applied to the Ramsey Towrl ~entcr 2n Addition plat. Absent .an agreement between the City and Ramsey Town Center L~C regarding park and trail matters, the City can, at their discretion, require park and trail devel0~ment fees and/or land dedication.
