CASE <br /> <br />CONSIDER CONVEYANCE OF TWO CITY OWNED PARCELS <br /> LOCATED IN RAMSEY TOWN CENTER PLAT <br /> <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: :i <br /> · <br />The Master D~vel0pment Agreement between the City and Ramsey Town Center, LLC requires <br />that the City cCnvey Outlot A Ramsey Town Center Addition (which is the northerly 90 foot strip) <br />and ~utlot J (~hich that portion of City's well site not required for City purposes). The portion of <br />tile City's wel! site; being retained by the City is Lot 1, Block 3 of the plat. As with all City land <br />conveyances; t~he conveyance must be by ordinance. An ordinance for this purpose is therefore <br />enclosed.
