ORDINANCE NO. 04- <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED IN TH~ CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. t~URPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to s¢11 certain real property which <br />property 'the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is ad°~ted Pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. 8ALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The Ci.b' Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Outlots A and J, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, <br /> MinneSota, <br /> <br />SECTION 3, TERMS OF SALE <br /> ? <br /> The Cib' Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon Which the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
