Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. JankoWsk~l was concerned about approvlng a site plan that dumps <br />water onto other property unless the owner has obtained an easement <br />from the Other property owner. He understands there Is no problem <br />getting ah easement from Waste Management; however, he would also <br />like to s~e an easement from the property to the wetland. Mr. <br />Jankowskl~felt Mr. Rychner needs to get permission from the <br />adjolnlngi~property owner granting him the right to ~Ischarge water <br />shown on the site plan. <br /> <br />MOTION byiDeemer, Seconded by LaDue, any necessary easements to <br />direct d~alnage from the legally ~escribed property to the wet]and <br />wtll be required as a part of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />VOTE ON MOTION: YES-Deemer, LaDue, Thorud, Zimmerman; NO-None; <br />ABSENT: B&wden, Hendrlksen, Terry.
