Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Request for Adoption of City of Ramsey 2004-2008 <br />Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:13 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentatiou <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec explained the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a long-term financial plan, <br />and it is not actual committed projects and expenditures. The document is available for public <br />input. He inquired if anyone from the public would like to discuss the 2004-2008 Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was llone. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen noted on page 3 of 4 of the January 13, 2003 Finance Committee <br />minutes, there was concern about reviewing the CIP after the Council's strategic planning <br />session.
